We are a small family run firm, set up in late 2024 to fulfil a growing need for a reliable and cost-effective service to locals and visitors to Dingwall and the wider Highland area.
We operate on a 24/7 basis in Dingwall and beyond, although some hires will currently need to be booked in advance to ensure availability out-with normal hours.
We pride ourselves on a safe, reliable and timely service using clean, well-maintained vehicles, driven by experienced, friendly and uniformed drivers, who also hold a PVG.
We have a number of contracts in place with national companies providing onward transport solutions across the UK and many local hotels and establishments are now choosing us as their "go-to provider" for customer transport.

The future for Caberfeidh Taxis/Dingwall Taxis looks bright. Feedback from local business and Hotels has been fantastic, with lots of return trade and customers. With the 2025 tourist season kicking off in just a few months, we are ready to serve the needs of locals and visitors alike.

We offer a variety of services
Taxi Services
Basically, our bread and butter. We provide a general taxi service, based locally in Dingwall, but covering the entire UK. Provided your start or end location is within the Highland area, we can help you!.
Driving across the UK isn't a regular occurrence for us, but it has happened in the past. We gernally work within a 50 mile radius of Dingwall, with the exception of contract work which sees us up to 200 miles away sometimes.
Whether you need a short run to Tesco or the railway station, or a quick taxi from the Mallard to home, we've got you.
We operate on a 24/7 basis, although to ensure a taxi, please book in advance for out-with normal hours.
Mini Bus
Our 8 seat mini bus has seen some action since starting! With being the only 24 hour provider and having good availability, we are seen as the go-to for MPV work. With competitive pricing, we can ensure your night up in "Town" (Inverness), or house party doesn't end on a bad note, ensuring you a safe and comfortable journey home. With ambient lighting or party lighting (dependent on the mood) and good music (happy to take requests) what's not to like? Our full leather Mercedes will see you out or home comfortably.
With plenty room for luggage, we can provide an airport transfer service to any Scottish airport, with fixed, competitive pricing for Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow Airport, although our busiest is by far Inverness. Early morning flight to catch or arriving late is no problem for us. We track your flight to ensure we are there on time whether it arrives early or late.
Deliveries
With a number of vehicles of different shapes, sizes and capacities, we are happy to provide a "Hot Shot" and delivery service UK Wide. From important documents to light-weight quarter pallets, give us an email for a quote and see how we can help you.
